SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

 

SHIPPING

 

We offer FREE USPS Shipping on all U.S. orders. You can choose Priority Mail for a flat $ 6.50 fee. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement including Saturdays. No shipments on Sundays and Holidays. We reserve the right to change the shipping method without prior notification. If an order contains back ordered products, the in stock items will ship first and the back ordered items will ship when they arrive.

 

We include a variety of free skincare travel size sample packets with the shipment of every order, when such samples are available, a minimum of 2 samples are included with every order.

 

International Shipping cost varies from country to country and the shipping estimate can be claculated before you are ready to complete your purchase.

 

 

 RETURNS

 

 

 

  • 1. E-mail us at info@facacaremd.com for a return authorization number (RA #) within 3 days you receiving your order. Failure to request RA # within 3 days of receipt of your order makes it none returnable. You will have 30 days to return your item.
  • 2. All merchandise must be returned properly packaged.
  • 3. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return box. Ship the return item to FaceCareMD 1205 Piper Boulevard Suite 204 Naples, FL 34110.
  • 4. We cannot accept any opened or used, products for credit or refund, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • 5. Any claims of discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of your date of receipt of your order.  
  • 6. If you had free shipping our cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. We also charge 15% restocking fee. Items returned without RA# or the the items that have been opened (manufacturer packaging) or used will not be accepted and no credit or refund will be issued. A flat $ 5.00 fee is charged for all canceled orders prior to shipping.

 

 

 DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

 

 

Items that are defective can only be exchanged for the same item, otherwise restocking FEE of 10% and our shipping and handling expenses deduction applies. Postage for the return of defective item/s will be reimbursed by us.
